Kathy Kraay serves as Chief Financial Officer of Service King and is responsible for managing all aspects of financial leadership. Kraay brings a wealth of knowledge coupled with her experience holding a diverse array of leadership positions throughout various growth and advancement stages of the company. Kraay assumed the role of CFO in July 2020, actively governing the company's financial strategy, which has grown over 300% in the past five years and provides essential insight into the industry and business. 

Prior to her appointment as CFO, Kraay held various leadership roles, serving most recently as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Service King since January 2017. During that time, her team led financial reporting and analysis to support short-and long-term business decisions and conduct financial forecasting and budgeting. In 2016, Kraay won the Leonard Lennox Heritage Award, the most prestigious award provided by the organization, as voted upon by her peers. The award recognizes the Service King teammate who displays extraordinary leadership and business partnership and is presented annually. At that time, Kraay served as Associate Vice President of Operations Finance, a title she gained in February 2015. Kraay joined Service King in 2013 as a Finance Director, directly supporting operational leaders across the enterprise.  

Prior to her tenure at Service King, Kraay held multiple Finance roles at UPS (United Parcel Services), including the responsibility of leading domestic and international integrations to form the Americas' Global Accounting Center in Dallas. 

Kraay holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Dallas.
