I need a specific rental vehicle. Do I get a choice?

Enterprise will call and discuss the options with you. You may pick your preferred vehicle at that time.
What do I do with the rental car when I come pick up my vehicle?
open
You can leave the rental at our shop. We’ll take care of it.
Why do I have to put down a deposit on the rental?
open
Enterprise requires a security deposit from every customer that is driving one of their vehicles. The security deposit requires a major credit card, and the amount may range from $50 to $150 depending on the location. For further information regarding deposits, please contact your local Enterprise rental location.
How will I get to an Enterprise?
open
Some of our locations have Enterprise on-site. If Enterprise is off-site, they will pick you up.

What if I do not have rental coverage on my policy?
open
Enterprise will contact you directly with rates. If you’re an Allstate customer, you’ll receive a discount even if you don’t have rental coverage.
Do I have rental coverage?
open
Your insurance provider or insurance agent can confirm this for you. If you’re unsure whether or not you have rental coverage, we can still set up a reservation for you when you make an appointment. If you don’t have rental coverage, and would prefer not to rent a car, you can always decline the rental during drop off.
I have two claims. Will they both be fixed at once?
open
Yes, please let us know when you’re dropping off your vehicle. Please note that your insurance provider may require you to pay two deductibles in this case.
Can I get other damages on the car fixed even though they are not part of my claim?
open
Absolutely. Please let your local Service King Collision Repair Center know what else you’d like fixed when you’re dropping off your vehicle.
What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept any of the following payments: Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Certified funds – Cashier’s check or money order. We cannot accept cash or personal checks.
When do I pay the repair center?
open
Payment is made upon pick-up, once the repairs are complete.
The accident wasn’t my fault. Why do I have to pay the deductible?
open
If an accident wasn’t your fault, you may be reimbursed by the insurance provider of the party who is at fault. However, you may need to pay the deductible on your own insurance until any reimbursement is paid.
What if the damages are less than my deductible?
open
You will only need to pay the total amount due for the repairs, not the full amount of the deductible.
How much is my deductible?
open
Your deductible depends on your insurance policy. Your insurance provider or insurance agent will be able to give you further information about your deductible.
Do you know how much it is going to cost?
open
The repair costs will depend on the extent of the vehicle damage. Once the shop receives the
vehicle, they will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to talk you through the estimate. If it is a walk-in estimate, the Service Advisor will provide you with a written estimate on the spot, which will take approximately 20 minutes.
