STACY PETERSON , CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Stacy Peterson serves as Service King’s Chief Information Officer (CIO). With more than 20 years of experience in technology, operations, and digital customer engagement, her industry knowledge and proven ability to build high-performing teams is an invaluable asset to advance Service King's operations and customer experience. Peterson joined Service King in April 2019 and is responsible for the overall technology strategy as well as digital and transformational initiatives for the organization.

Peterson most previously served as Chief Experience Officer at Wingstop Inc. where she was a member of the management team who successfully completed the IPO in June 2015. (NASDAQ: WING). As CXO, Stacy led the organization to embrace new consumer-facing technology through the development and implementation of strategic e-commerce initiatives, including the launch of the restaurant industry’s first omni-channel social ordering platform. During her tenure, the brand grew digital ordering from 5.5% of sales to an industry-leading 30% of sales. Prior to being appointed CXO for Wingstop, Peterson served as the interim Chief Operating Officer while still in her former role as CIO. Preceding that, she held leadership roles in information technology, business and guest experiences at CBRE, FedEx Office, and Blockbuster.

Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Florida Atlantic University and was named one of the “50 Most Powerful People in Foodservice” by Nation’s Restaurant News for three consecutive years.
