What Insurers Can Expect to Learn:
After an accident, policy holders have a lot of questions and concerns about what is covered, what to do and what is going to happen to their vehicle. They look to their agent for guidance and information. This class prepares an agent to educate and set expectations for their policy holder concerns. Understanding these customer concerns first hand will better position agents to service their customers and retain their customers as a policy holder after the claim is filed and closed.
The Facts on Theft and Fraud Ethics has been designed to improve an agent's or office producer's understanding of the financial impact of theft and fraud. By attending this program, participants will see and learn real life insurance fraud and theft causes. These cases will bring awareness to the agent so that they may help to reduce the chance of fraud and share proactive solutions to insured customers to reduce personal or property loss due to theft.
