Request an Appointment FAQs
The authorization form allows Service King to begin repairs on the vehicle. You will receive a detailed explanation when you arrive at the shop. The authorization form may vary from state to state.
Anyone who is on your insurance policy can sign the authorization form.
We will have the shop contact you to make arrangements.
This is a written estimate given by an Allstate adjuster, which can be used at any Service King Collision Repair Center. In fact, adjusters are often located on-site at Service King locations. Drive-in estimates may be scheduled by contacting Allstate.
We partner with Allstate, which sends your claim information to us. Often we’re following up to see if you are interested in scheduling a repair for your vehicle with Service King.
The repair costs will depend on the extent of the vehicle damage. Once the shop receives the
vehicle, they will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to talk you through the estimate. If it is a walk-in estimate, the Service Advisor will provide you with a written estimate on the spot, which will take approximately 20 minutes.
Your deductible depends on your insurance policy. Your insurance provider or insurance agent will be able to give you further information about your deductible.
You will only need to pay the total amount due for the repairs, not the full amount of the deductible.
If an accident wasn’t your fault, you may be reimbursed by the insurance provider of the party who is at fault. However, you may need to pay the deductible on your own insurance until any reimbursement is paid.
Payment is made upon pick-up, once the repairs are complete.
Cash, check, money order, and major credit cards are accepted. Contact your local Service King for further details on payments.
Absolutely. Please let your local Service King Collision Repair Center know what else you’d like fixed when you’re dropping off your vehicle.
Yes, please let us know when you’re dropping off your vehicle. Please note that your insurance provider may require you to pay two deductibles in this case.
Your insurance provider or insurance agent can confirm this for you. If you’re unsure whether or not you have rental coverage, we can still set up a reservation for you when you make an appointment. If you don’t have rental coverage, and would prefer not to rent a car, you can always decline the rental during drop off.
Enterprise will contact you directly with rates. If you’re an Allstate customer, you’ll receive a discount even if you don’t have rental coverage.
Please call your local Service King location in advance to see if they can give you a ride home after you drop off your vehicle.
Some of our locations have Enterprise on-site. If Enterprise is off-site, they will pick you up.
Enterprise requires a security deposit from every customer that is driving one of their vehicles. The security deposit requires a major credit card, and the amount may range from $50 to $150 depending on the location. For further information regarding deposits, please contact your local Enterprise rental location.
You can leave the rental at our shop. We’ll take care of it.
Enterprise will call and discuss the options with you. You may pick your preferred vehicle at that time.
