I picked up my Jetta yesterday and the repair and paint looked very good. The service staff that was present when I arrived went through everything with me that I needed to know for the short term care with respect to the new paint on the replaced parts.

I'm very happy to have the opportunity to let you know how I feel about the service I received at Service King West Dallas under the direction of Todd Novara.

The service was excellent and top notch from the very beginning to the very end. From the moment we were greeted by Todd to the moment that Todd delivered our repaired car, everything went smoothly and without any problems or difficulties. Todd was quick and efficient when we brought in the car, and we were on our way home sooner than we thought we would be - no waiting around and no wasting time. Todd was very friendly and personable, and we felt very secure knowing that he would be in charge. Todd called regularly twice a week with very complete and informative updates so we always knew where we were in the process of repair. Todd obviously wanted the car to be perfect when it was returned to us, and he was insistent that everything be done just right. To top it all off, when the car was ready, Todd understood that we had circumstances that made it difficult for us to come in to retrieve the car, and Todd actually delivered the car to our home himself, which I'm sure was not easy and required the help of other Service King employees.

We could not have asked for better, more efficient, or friendlier service, and we are very thankful. I will gladly refer any of my friends to you for car repairs, and I will let our insurance agent know how happy we are with you also. I wish to send a complimentary note to the appropriate management team at Service King.

Over the years I have used Service King and have always been satisfied. Professionalism, workmanship and customer service are tops.

Two weeks ago I was rear ended. Allstate pushed for me to go to their shop in Plano off of Hwy 5. Although Service King was on my mind, I chose to stop in and discuss the details of my needs. The staff at this shop gave me blank looks, appeared to me that I was a complete inconvenience, and they told me it would be two weeks before my car would even be looked at, let alone repaired.

I quickly gained my wits and drove to Service King on 75 and Spring Creek. As usual I was greeted warmly and professionally. I was introduced to Mike McCrady my service advisor. I explained my situation and desires to Mike. He listened and told me that the car would be repaired in the time frame I needed. I had doubts but I trusted Mike. To be honest, I figured when I returned that the car would be a few days longer.

Shame on me... I was able to use the website and know my car was repaired on time. Because of web site, I could make good plans to pick up my vehicle and not inconvenience others. When I arrived, the staff found my file immediately, processed the paperwork and brought the car to me in under 8 minutes.

I grew up in Michigan and I had never heard of Service King but I was lucky enough to have my car repaired at the Service King in Richardson. Tina made the process easy and stress free. She kept me updated as my car went through the repair process. She and a tech even worked overtime for me to try and get my car repaired because I would need transportation to and from my job. I will be forever grateful for such great customer service.

My experience with Service King Frisco, and in particular Dustin Allison has been outstanding. My damaged vehicle was picked up on time, and within hours, I was receiving e-mails on the status of the damage. The communication from Dustin was a tremendous help in keeping me informed and up to date on the exact status of the repairs. Dustin was able to answer every question I had, and he made me feel extremely comfortable that he and all of the Service King staff had only one goal; 100% Customer Satisfaction. The thoroughness and quality control were evident throughout the entire process and in the finished product.

It is nice to know that when a traumatic incident such as an accident happens, there are people such as Dustin and Companies such as Service King that will take the repair burden off of one's shoulders.

Dear Mr. Novara,

On April 5, 2010, I was involved in a rear end collision. I am a member of USAA, and was advised by them that Service King was one of their preferred shops, and that you could do the estimate and work at your facility, so I had my car towed to your shop in Katy. From the first phone call, until the day I picked up my car, I have been so very impressed. I was given a full rundown of the repairs that would be needed on my car by Tim. He was so nice, and so patient with me, and all my questions. Daniel, who handled the paperwork on my repair was also so very nice and totally helpful throughout the process. On May 2, I took my car to the Saturn dealer on I-10 for my regular oil change and tire rotation. While my car was up on the rack, I asked them to check out the repair and let me know what they thought. They showed me what was done, and advised that it was one of the best and most professional repairs they had seen. They showed me where many repair shops cut corners, and where all the parts were replaced by your shop, installed correctly, and painted. The tech (Dave) even asked me again for your name, so he could write it down for future use. I normally do not write letters to anyone about anything, but I am a bit of a nut about my car, and I had such a great experience with your facility ,I just had to write to let you know. I want to thank everyone at your shop for making the repair of my bad luck bump, as easy and painless a process as it could be. You can be sure I will tell all my friends.

My experience with Service King was great. I received great customer service from all staff, especially my Service King representative Steven Rivera. He promised to call me twice a week to update me on the status of my vehicle and true to his words, he did. I was unable to make it by closing on Friday and he made it possible for me to pick up my vehicle on Saturday. Mr. Rivera did a great job of making me feel like my business was important. He is great! When I saw the work completed, I was amazed at the quality. I am going to recommend Service King to all my friends and family. Thank you!

What an Awesome Experiance !! I took my Truck in for a rear bumper and front windshield replacement, a little body work. Jennifer took me through the whole process, she kept me informed Plus it was ready a Day Early and was Cleaned Inside and Out. Very Impressed !!
