Performs all vehicle prep work for the refinish and assembly process.
Responsible for complete refinish process of vehicle.
Prepares vehicle for repairs process by pre-washing vehicle as well as detailing and final washing prior to customer pick up.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining shop appearance.
Responsible for entire parts department, oversees parts ordering, receiving and returns.
Orders parts, checks in received parts, delivers parts, and/or picks up parts from suppliers.
Diagnose and repair collsion-related mechanical damage.
Provide the best possible customer support to users of the Customer Care Center (including customers, shop personnel and insurance partners) to maximize sales revenue generated through capturing sales leads.
Responsible for providing support through timely problem diagnostics and repair of systems errors as reported through company help desk. Ensure that equipment is repaired and fully functional to its original state. Occasionally drive to a Service King location to install hardware and connect to network.
